The Broad is home to nearly 2,000 works of art in its permanent collection, which is one of the world’s leading collections of postwar and contemporary art. Founded by philanthropists Eli and Edythe Broad on Grand Avenue in downtown Los Angeles, and designed by Diller Scofidio + Renfro in collaboration with Gensler, the Broad's collection features in-depth holdings of influential contemporary artists such as Jean-Michel Basquiat, Mark Bradford, Jasper Johns, Jeff Koons, Barbara Kruger, Yayoi Kusama, Kerry James Marshall, Julie Mehretu, Takashi Murakami, Robert Rauschenberg, Ed Ruscha, Cindy Sherman, Cy Twombly, Andy Warhol, and more, plus an ever-growing representation of younger artists.

Vespaio, the latest restaurant by Chef Agostino Sciandri of the acclaimed Ago Group offers a diverse selection of both seasonal dishes and family staples that infuse classic Italian tastes with notes of Mediterranean influence.
